O mais legal é que a nova série não se limitará a ser um reboot de A Nova Geração, e se focará em algo totalmente novo, que vai explorar uma nova fase na vida do personagem.
O próprio Patrick Stewart será o produtor executivo do novo programa, que terá como showrunner Alex Kurtzman (de Star Trek Discovery).
